Nicole has been our Client Care Manager since March 2022 after coming from a busy large animal ambulatory practice. As a Client Care Manager, Nicole is responsible for managing the non-clinical teams across the branches, managing the Pet Health Club and assisting the Practice Director with day to day tasks.
Nicole is passionate about customer service and ensuring clients and their pets have a good visit with us.
Outside of the practice, Nicole enjoys spending time with her horse and her Springer Spaniel, Copper.
