Vanessa

Vanessa qualified as a registered Veterinary Nurse in 2016 having wanted to work with animals since a very young age. 

She started at Barrow Hill Vets in November 2024 after working in various 1st opinion practices. 

She is very passionate and likes to treat each patient as if they are her own and she tries to make their hospital stay with us as stress-free as possible.

Her areas of interest are medical nursing including inpatient care, end of life care, she feels it is so important to help both patient and owner through this difficult time and rabbit welfare and owner education.

She has completed additional courses in these areas to expand her knowledge and she is a certified Pet bereavement counsellor.
